Meet the Team

  • Aaron Gray

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

    Aaron Gray is the co-founder and managing partner of 3 Tower Management, where he oversees asset management and key decision-making for the firm’s diverse property portfolio. After a notable nine-year NBA career and four years coaching with the Detroit Pistons, Aaron transitioned into real estate, successfully acquiring and managing multiple residential and multifamily properties across Michigan and Ohio. A University of Pittsburgh alum, he has rehabilitated over 55 single-family homes and continues to leverage his strategic expertise in the real estate sector.

  • Chris Rayner

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

    Chris Rayner is an Associate Broker and has extensive experience with sourcing off market acquisitions in the Real Estate market. He has analyzed and underwritten acquisition opportunities across Metropolitan Detroit for over 10 yrs.  He works to find opportunities that fit within his client's investment criteria as well as sourcing transactions and managing a large network of real estate contacts. During his career, Mr. Rayner has successfully closed a series of complex real estate acquisitions including raw land, improved residential lots, commercial redevelopment properties, and fractured condominium projects resulting in more than $100M of investment on behalf of his clients and their affiliated entities.

    Prior to working in acquisitions, Chris worked at Keller Williams where he played an integral role on one of the nation’s leading real estate sales teams.

  • Corey Petros

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

    Corey Petros is the co-founder and managing partner at Two Tower Capital, where he leverages his CFP® certification and extensive financial background to drive strategic asset management and underwriting decisions. A retired professional basketball player and former financial advisor for high-net-worth individuals, Corey transitioned into real estate to build generational wealth and assist others in doing the same. He has successfully managed and rehabilitated over 55 single-family homes and several multifamily properties, including complexes in Michigan and Ohio.
